Avoid this company, they are engaged in fraudulent activity. I was charged an additonal $2,000 when my furniture arrived although the binding quote was lower. My furniture was held hostage forcing me to pay the additonal money. I had items lstolen and there was damage to my big screen TV. I filed a complaint with the DOT and discovered this company had lost their license prior to my move and should not have been conducting business, of course no license meant no insurance to replace the missing and broken items. Please heed my warning and stay clear of them, my mistake of using this company was very costly.
