Pick up arrived 2 hours after stated time. Driver tried to get me to pay in cash instead of with credit card and then upped my price by $200 when I refused.
Items did not leave NY for IL until 15 days after pickup and then only after I called them.
Delivery driver was not from ACME but a subcontractor with a Penske truck. Driver arrived 6 hours late at night.
My items were packed at the front of the truck so driver had to crawl over two other orders to reach my things
My boxes were busted open, smashed, some had two ID stickers, some had none. It was dark and immpossible to keep track of boxes
After filing a claim for missing boxes and waiting two months, claim for was rejected for being in wrong font/size even though it was the EXACT form sent to me by Laura Show at ACME.
4.5 months later I have received no reimbursement and they do not return emails or phone calls.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
