I feel really ripped off by ARS. These guys show up 5 hours late and never apologise. They actually told me they were doing me a favor by working so late. I had packed entired house, these guys packed ONLY the TV and 2 glasses. They charge me $187 for that. When I gave them the contract on the phone, I specifically asked if they charge me for the travel time from their office to my home and back, I was told no, then they go ahead and charge me $70 for that. I was told that it was a miscommunication.
