Let's cut to the chase: these guys caused over $30,000 worth of damage to our furniture and belongings.
I can't imagine a single thing they could have done to make our moving experience any worse.
Their carelessness resulted in holes in our sofa and chairs, legs broken off our dresser, chunks taken out of our dining table and night stands, and several items that arrived in pieces. Not one single piece of furniture arrived in its original condition. (Yes, we provided them moving blankets and straps. They didn't bother to use them.)
When my wife called them in tears on the day of the unload, they yelled at her on the phone and said it was her fault for not supervising the loading process. Isn't that why we hired "professionals"? They told her we would never see a dime from them and flippantly told us to take it up with our homeowners insurance.
They don't care about your belongings. They just want your money.
