Normally, I read reviews before I use a company, but I was in a time pinch this time and didn't get to - boy am I paying for it now! I would love it if I could rate the actual guys doing the moving separately from the office - I'd give them 5 stars - they were great. That being said, the company is out to stiff you. They reel you in with a lowball quote ('probably 3 hours, 4 max' - it took 7, not counting travel time) and neglected to tell all the 'extra' charges - 10% fuel surcharge (10% of the entire bill, not actual travel time), charge UP to the nearest 15 minute increment, even if it's closer to go down (i.e. 6 minutes past, they charged up to 15 instead of down), 3% credit card surcharge - yet they would NOT bill us, even though we are a reputable business and they advertise as 'business movers'. Then, I was told several times and even reiterated it back, that if the actual travel time went over the 2 hours they stated, we WOULD NOT BE charged for it - BLANTANT LIE. We were charged an additional hour. Also, had I not scrutinized the bill, we would have been charged for 30 minutes of overtime for going beyond 10 hours (the total was 10 hours exactly based on the extra 1 hour travel time they fraudulently charged us - did not go beyond 10 hours). My recommendation - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
