This was the worst move I have ever experienced.... And, I have moved a lot! They were a week late in pick and our house was sold and we had to get out ASAP! When they finally arrived, they refused to except my credit card as previously agreed as I bank w/ a military credit union out of town. So, I had to go to Walmart for money orders. The delivery was way past the contracted date and the condition of our belongs was dismal; dented and damaged furniture, much was expensive and new. boxers were crushed flat, lamps were mangled, my collector bicycles were bend, damaged, and custom paint scratched rendering them worthless. 10 boxes were missing, along with many other items from opened boxes. When they finally gave me the final price it was DOUBLE the estimate. I requested and was never presented a weight ticket and I can't believe it was that much as went sold many items and only took basic items. I was charged the same price as Mayflower moved us into a 3000' home filling the entire trailer! And their move was great!
The communication was simply awful.... customer service had little to know idea of where the driver was or when we would be delivered. Our stuff arrived weeks late. The truck had "NO BULK HEADS" placed within so all the weight from boxes on the top crushed everything below and there was little to divide our belongs from others. The just gave me a receipt for the move today 3/20, 2.5 months from the delivery date and it was short by $1000. which after talking w/ billing lead me to believe I was over charged. NEVER USE ALL STATE RELO....You've been warned!
