Do not use this company, which also goes by Cross Country Movers! The driver threatened to leave with the rest of our stuff every time we would take pictures of damaged items or the large scratches they put in our new hardwood floor. We paid for reassembly of furniture but the driver went to leave without reassembling any furniture without even telling us he was going. We ran out and caught him getting into his truck and he nearly slammed my wife and infant in his truck door in his haste to get away. After multiple complaints and them trying to appease us with $150, even though they ruined our floor, furniture and nearly physically harmed my new baby, they have since said that nothing will be offered as compensation. Despite multiple calls and letters, they will not even tell me the name of the truck driver, who also refused to give his name when he was on site. This all occurred after waiting for more than one month in an empty home with a baby before the furniture ever arrived. Do not use ALL USA Van Lines or Cross Country Movers!!!!
