Contracted to move 100 items. Delivered 72 items. We knew as soon as the truck pulled up that all the items were not there. Called and sent email at 7:45 am on delivery date. Company overcharged 1920 lbs per their weigh slip. Signed amendment to contract stating $6.00 per lb insurance they are stating original quote @ $0.60 per lb. No offer of resolution or refund of any charges. Contesting charges with credit card company but very difficult as some items were delivered. Had no choice to accept the 72 items or possibly be out everything. Although quoted door to door with complete packing services just left without any chance of stating shortage.
