Movers were to pick up furniture 2 weeks prior to delivery in Palm Desert, CA. I was told on three seperate days they would show up the next day for pick up. On the third occasion, the driver cancelled without notifying me and when I made contact with him, he told me he cancelled my pick up, because he thought I would yell at him for being four days late. My delivery was to take place 4-8 days later. I flew to CA. to meet the truck, and found out the truck was still in WA and would not be arriving until the following week. When the truck did arrive the driver told me was several days late, because he wanted to party with his friends in Arizona. The furniture arrived damaged and filthy. Alliance Moving ans storage offered me .60 cents per pound for damages. The offer is ridiculous and would not come close to paying for the damage to the cushions alone. I would never use Alliance Moving and Storage 109 E. Spruce Ave. Coeur D'Alane, Id 83814 208-676-1088 again. Sometimes it is not best to go with the cheapest.
