On all Coleman American Allied communication whether from Salesman, Move Coordinator or Regional Sales Manager:
It is our goal to achieve the highest rating (5) on all customer service surveys. "If at any time during your relocation you are not 100% satisfied with our services, please inform me immediately so that the issue can be resolved."
They never returned any of my calls or emails when it came to issues with our move.
They did call at once and several times when their estimated weight was inaccurate and they required more money. Held our household until we upped the payment… Do not believe the salesman when he says the price is “guaranteed” and cannot go up…
No coordination. We sat on the curb with the Driver for over three hours waiting for the crew to show up.

Funny how almost everything they listed happened to us using Allied.

• Trumped Up Delivery Charges
Needless to say, we will not be giving them a 5 on their survey. This is the worst move experience we have ever had.
