Now that the hard part is over and we can catch our breath, we wanted to write and tell you about our moving experience. To start with, your courtesy in talking with us to schedule the move was really appreciated. We called you only after someone else that we had hired was unable to accommodate us when our moving date changed. You were terrific and gave us confidence in Alpha. We did the correct thing and called some of the people on the reference list you supplied. Each and everyone thought Alpha did a good job and that we would be happy. The day of the move arrived, and your men were right on time. The crew was really terrific and the leader of the group was very professional. He went through all the paperwork with great care so that we understood everything so there would be no misunderstanding later. He was very precise in every detail of the move, and he pointed up items that may have been marked or damaged prior to moving. The move was organized and very efficient and everything was packed or wrapped with the utmost care for our belongings. Not once did they take a short cut which they could have caused us a problem later. The move out of our apartment was done in a timely manner and the truck left for our new home. Much to my surprise, the truck arrived before I did. I stopped for a quick cup of coffee, but they came straight without a break. They unloaded the same way they loaded, professionally. Everything was placed where it was suppose to go, so that we did not find that cartons had to be moved after your men left. They made better time than I thought and were finished very quickly. All in all, the move went great and we compliment your crew and your chief. They were courteous, swift and professional. We did not have one damaged item during the move. We certainly would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Moving & Storage and should the need arise we would certainly call you first. K.co
