Suitcase Stolen/Lost during the Move

During the move from Dallas to Chicago; Alpha moving & storage (2626 Manana Dr, Suite C,Dallas, Tx 75220 ) misplaced one of our suitcase containing valuables and important stuff.
As per the Movers- the suitcase got moved from their warehouse into the delivery truck but they delivered another consignment before ours (in the same truck to some public storage) and our suitcase got delivered at this public storage.
This is a sheer lack of attention from delivery standpoint!
We asked movers to contact the person (who’s consignment was dropped in public storage) BUT they just denied sharing his contact number or contacting from their own end. We were asked to just wait until the gentleman himself calls the movers and reports extra baggage.
But it has been more than 2 months now and there is no update from Movers. Neither they are willing to share the contact number nor they doing something from their end.
All in All I have lost my valuable suff which was inside the suitcase including some of the important documents, School, College certificates and photographs.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by Alpha movers. They are not at all bothered about the missing stuff.
Please go for someone who charges a little extra but takes ownership!
