Shane promised to move me on Sept 3.
Called 3 hours prior and cancelled. Sent another company that he called "sister company" 4 seasons moving. He assured me they would be a responsible and experienced company.
4 seasons were 1 hour late, did not pack the items in any order or with security.
Broke my dishes and lamp. discarded my dishes to hide the damage.
Shane refused to assist me with this matter, denied that he had any responsibility. In light of the fact that he cancelled and sent me a "sister company" and promised they would treat my items with respect.
