To keep things short, we were moving from Los Angeles, CA to Brooklyn, NY. AmeriCarrier had great reviews and quoted me the lowest price of all the movers I queried, so I went with them. The day of the move we got Ian and Jose, who were totally professional, quick and quiet with the loadup. We didn't get yelled at once - which, considering our crazy live-in landlord was really a feat. I can't possibly recommend these guys enough. They unloaded all of our stuff quickly, in brutal heat, and up 3 flights of stairs without one complaint. In so many ways they were a lifesaver - and, to quote my fiancée and her girlfriend, "Is it wrong that I'm sort of attracted to these guys?" "I was thinking the same thing - it's like Phil got cute hipster movers..." - so that's got to count for something!
