The customer service rep went out of his way to get me out of a trouble with my move as I was let down by another company last minute. She could not do enough to keep me calm and get me moved. This can turn out to be quiet a difficult situation as your planning can be completely shattered. Having a family including a 2 year infant child we were on the brink of losing it; until American Choice Van Lines stepped in to our support. They assured us a pick up the same day and never charged us a premium. The quote we received from them was more or less the same we received from the other company. The truck drove in somewhere in the afternoon and the packers got down to their job immediately. There was a lot of furniture to be moved and a heavy couch to sum it up. The workers at American Choice Van Lines did the unloading with ease. On speaking to one of the workers they informed us that they had just completed one move and they had specially accommodated to make sure we were comfortable. This was very understanding on their part. The packers did their job professionally and all the goods were packed with high standards to insure there was no damage. I am very grateful to American Choice Van Lines as they saved my family and me from a lot of trouble. I recommend ACVL and rate them to be the best company I have ever hired.
