Don't ever use this service. It has a BBB rating of F. I should have done my research about this American Movers Group before I shipped my goods with them. No ethics, always one answer - DRIVER WILL GIVE YOU A CALL ONCE IT IS SCHEDULED. This is happening since one month and I am still waiting. VJ Houston, TX
