Late pick-up but the best we've had

When we recieved a phone call from Josh at americas moving service we were very nervous because he had called us 2 days before our pick up date and asked us if we could move 2 days later than scheduled so we figured we were in for a ride. He promised us compensation and even though it sounded ok we weren't sure at that point they would even show up. Our driver Robert called us and explained that the customer before us in Michigan was holding him up a few days and he needed to offload their items before he could pick ours up but we still figured that since we were in north dakota they would never show up. we waited and Robert again called a day before he promised he would be here and reassured us he would definately be here. He did show up the next afternoon and once he got here we knew we were in good hands. He and his partner mike wrapped, shrink wrapped, and inventoried everything like you would expect from professionals. They were nice, fast, and efficient. We had moved a few times before this big move and never had the level of service that we recieved from americas moving. They weighed our items, Josh called and said we owed $175.00 LESS because our weight was less and they took off an additional $150.00 for our 2 day layover and that Robert would be delivering our household items 2 days later. He showed up 2 days later with a different man to help him who was also terrific. We appreciate the honesty that they showed and nothing showed up damaged. We paid $325.00 less than our estimate and had what was the best move that we have had to date. We will be moving again in the future and we will be using americas moving.
