I wanted to follow up one more time and thank you and your partners for your outstanding service and attention during my move. I arrived back in Massachusetts last night, and while I only put my things in storage, everything appears to be in fine order.
As I said in a previous email, the overall experience was pleasant surprise and a great relief. This is the first time I have ever used a moving company because I have heard so many horror stories about things going terribly awry - from things being lost or damaged to pricing increasing incredibly while belongings were in transit. You actually gave me a small credit because my belongings were under weight. I am hard pressed to believe many companies would offer such a courtesy.
