I found Americas moving service via this website. I was skeptical at first, reading all these reviews and wondered "really? everyone gives a 5 stars?" Traumatized by my last moving experience from another company just few months before, I was extra careful this time about selecting a trustworthy company. Based on these reviews I gave it a try, and now I can tell you that these reviews are all real!! and you should not look anywhere else when you are hiring a moving company.
I e-mailed Americas moving service, Michael was extremely patient and polite, answered my every questions clearly and promptly. Before the move one of the owner Howard called and ensured me everything will be smooth and awesome. (you really need to hear that before that move) and he was right!!! Nathan and his crew are superb. They are polite, professional, and extremely pleasant to dealt with. The company and the moving crews accommodate my specific delivery time, Nathan said he will be here at 10:30 am and he arrived 10:30 am sharp. They put new pads to walk on in my apartment since the carpet is new. They went above and beyond, even hook up the washer and dryer for us.
Working with this company, from the people in the office to the moving crews, I have had I would said a "perfect moving experience" and really am not exaggerated.
Best of all, after they picked up the stuff and weighted, my stuff weighted lighter than the quote, and they gave me money back!!!!
I would use them again in a heart beat. Again, thank you Michael, Josh, Howard, Nathan, Randy, Cliff and Robert. America's moving service really is the best!!!
