America's Moving Services has saved us a ton of money and headaches by helping move us out after being stuck by another company last minute. First we booked with a terrible moving company based out of California who after researching them after they failed to meet our pick up 3 times in a row, we found they were notorious for not showing up for pick-ups, ripping customers off and holding their items hostage! We had to be out of our home and were supposed to be picked up on the 26th or 27th the otehr company never called or communicated with us or returned any calls that we made to them, finally someone answered the phone adn said it would be the 28th and nobody called or showed up on the 28th. We contacted America's Moving on the 28th in the afternoon and spoke with one of the owners Eric and we told him we had to absolutely be out of our home by the 30th and if they couldn't help us then don't even bother. He said he could definately have us picked up on the 29th or 30th for sure. we went ahead and placed our reservation with America's Moving Services and they assured us we would have a call from a driver at some point either that afternoon or the following day. A driver Craig called us late on the 28th and said he was roughly 700 miles away and had to stop for the night shortly but would head toward us and be at our house around 5 or 6 the next day and he could start working if we allowed it if it wasn't too late. Crag called again in the nmorning and said he was making good time but didn't anticipate being at our home until around 7pm. 7:40 Craig showed up and did a real killer job. Although he was tired from driving and working it didn't show at all. He was incredibly pro during the entire packing and loading and his helper Steve was very quiet but polite and very fast.We are sop grateful that America's Moving Services did exactly what they promised and although we haven't recieved our property yet, we are sure it will be fine and we know that we are in good hands. America's Moving Services is awesome and we saved alot of money and stress by finally chosing them, I just wish we chose them in the first place.
