our move had several difficult things involved, we had 2 storage units at different locations, no large truck access at either end, they couldn't find a smaller rental truck at one location and had to travel over 75 miles to pick one up and the elevator at our apartment was out of service during the move out in 90 degree weather and mike and noel handled it respectfully and professionally and didn't complain one time. they got us out of our building on time, then headed to unit number 1 and had to pack everything and load then had to wait until morning to rent the truck and pack and load again. Delivery was 3 days later and although the bill was higher (by $750) we knew it up front becaus eof the rental truck fees and whatnot. Great company along with great service.
