Very late picking up drop off was fast

The movers were 4 days later then scheduled for picking up our move. Josh did call us and keep us updated which was good and the driver kept calling telling us that he was in a freightliner shop in Faribault Minnesota which at first sounded like a bunch of b.s but when he showed up on the 4th day he did show us the repair reciept which backed up their claims. Once he did arrive everything was great. We were over our estimate by several hundred dollars but they comped us $300.00 for the delays. Even though the move was picked up late we were very happy and would use them again.
