I have used this company before never had any issues, HOWEVER, I will NEVER use them again. During my move 2 things never got to us, we watched them go on but never got off the truck.
We spoke with the manager who we had to call several times because he wouldn't call us back , he told us to file a police report ( nice huh ) then we spoke to the general manager that said he would take care of it yet never called me back then because I called so many times transferred me to someone else who transferred me to the " owner " who if I really spoke to the owner no wonder the company is terrible because she sounded extremely uneducated.
Needless to say she argued with me and told me to file a police report. What a great way to handle this situation so sad that they can actually just assume that the movers stole my stuff and they suggest I call the police, shouldn't they take some responsibility on who they hire to move. I wasn't insinuating the movers stole my stuff I just wanted to know where it was and how I could get it back, maybe it broke on the truck and they left it there I don't know but to be told to file a police report and they can't do much more is pathetic.
In my opinion, this is a poor excuse for a moving company and will do everything in my power to let everyone know so they don't have things missing when they move!!!
