I highly recommend NOT to use this company, a complete scam. I moved from Palm Springs, CA to Orlando, FL in June, I had a virtual tour of my stuff with their sales rep Jacob and I was quoted $5500, one month free storage etc. The day of the move when their guys came in, they right off the bat told me that the move will be $11,000, DOUBLE of what I was quoted.
They know that they got you in a corner especially when you are moving cross country. Jacob won't even get on the phone with me. After a lot of back and forth with some girl (because Jacob won't get on the phone) they lowered it to around $10,000.
I didn't have any options as I had to move out, I had to suck it up and ended up paying almost twice as much. The only good part of the move was the guys that came to load up the truck were very nice and professional and they did store my stuff for about three weeks as promised. I wish you could it less then one star. Word to the wise, don't use them for cross country move.
