Delivery was delayed for two weeks! We were in absolute shambles the whole time having to make do with whatever little we brought with us. When they did deliver, the inventory didn’t match up and so many items were missing. Some were badly damaged, especially bigger pieces of furniture. I demanded reimbursement but they charged my card without my permission with the added bills for things I didn’t even know about. The move ended up costing me thousands of dollars extra just because I fell for their trap.
