We used Best Price because our Realtor Gloria at Century 21 in Lincoln Square was able to get a great discount for us with them. We had them do the kitchen and photo packing and the 3 guys were great ( I feel bad but I didn't get their names). The driver was nice and kept in touch with us. The headquarters actually called us when the packers were there to make sure we were happy, and they called again after the delivery. I think that it's not always the company name that makes the difference, it's who your driver is. Ours called half way across the country to let us know when he thought he would be there, he was apologetic when he got held up with another delivery. But on the flip side, when they were at our house, we treated them well, we offered them lunch, and we gave them a tip - I think courtesy is important and usually returned. The driver even navigated his 53' truck up our narrow street and didn't charge us for it.
