Of course we were apprehensive about the whole situation. Driver Bob showed up (In the Sierra Nevadas of very Northern California) on time and when the hired help did not show up, he voluntarily directed and assisted packing all our household items. He was very knowledgable and had a fun sense of humor. He arrived exactly at the appointed time in Florida, and everything was as it should have been. We were very pleased with the price of the move and the quality of the service, from Todd the initial contact/scheduler to Bob the driver. Thank you, and we would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
