I use BT Transport for my move from Gaithersburg MD to Northwest DC. I explain to the representative that I was only moving a studio apt. The Rep that I spoke with was very nice. She answered all of my questions and even told me some things I can do to save money!! My movers arrived on time and they were so polite and were gentlemen. They had no problems disassembly any of my furniture. Once we got to my new home, they unloading everything and made sure that they reassembled all of my furniture just the way I had it. I even received a courtesy call from Tiffany (my representative) to make sure everything went well with my move and that I was happy. Overall I really liked the company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is moving!! :)
