I went on line looking to find a professional mover and I was contacted by at least 10 movers who offered me deals all over the board. Only two offered to send an estimator to my home and they explained that this was the only way to come up with an accurate price. I refused at first but was convinced by Paul at movingcoast2coast.com to schedule an onsite. This was the first time I had used professional movers so I was a little skeptical.
Paul convinced me to get three on-sites and I could then determine how much I was moving and what the market was for this move. Three companies came to my home and did a thorough inventory and provided me a price. Coast 2 Coast send an estimator name Ben and he provided a “binding not to exceed quote” and he was very knowledgeable.
The movers arrived at my house and packed all my boxes and wrapped all my furniture with care. I was told by other movers that my shipment will arrive in Arizona within 14 business days. I was told by Coast2Coast that my delivery would be delivered within 5 days. I couldn’t believe that this was true with all the horror story’s I have heard about movers.
4 Days after the pick up the driver called me to confirm my delivery for the next day. I could not believe that everything Coast 2 Coast told me actually happened.
The truck arrived to my house in Arizona at 9:00 a.m. and the movers started unloading the shipment. After 5 hours they had completed unloading the truck and setting up my house along with unwrapping and assembling the furniture.
These guys were AWESOME and VERY PROFESSIONAL!
As I said this is the first experience with professional movers and I am pleased that I took the three on-site estimates which made my decision much easier and eliminated some of the stress of moving. I truly appreciate the honest and professionalism from Coast 2 Coast and I would recommend them highly to anyone making this type of move.
