I have moved a number of times and have never had such a professional and personable moving experience based on the company. First of all, when I was researching who I wanted to use for my cross-country relocation, I found that they were the least expensive. When I followed up and decided to solidify my choice, I insisted that I be provided with written reassurance that the quote they provided would not be changed at any time. My parents had an awful experience with movers in the past–the movers held their belongings hostage and claimed that they owed the company more money than they had previously quoted. The owner of the company called me a number of times throughout the experience to make sure that I was satisfied and to check up on his employee’s work. Coast to Coast accommodated my every need and was flexible with my delivery date for no additional charge. The employees were extremely nice and professional and when packing my belongings, they wrapped EVERYTHING in a manner that ensured their preservation. I do not hesitate to say that anyone looking for a moving company should go with Coast to Coast.
