The move and storeage worked well...Kathy was great. Problem was my intent was to make sure I was insured and covered from storege to the destination. Paid for the insurance and this was not covered. Pointed to emails etc which by the letter of corespondence the company is right...but the intent of my goal was very candid and not being a professional mover I should have been given better advise. The follow up was the worst part. Finally spoke with the owner Michael. He assured me he'd look into the issues and took my number for follow up. A MONTH later no word. Call went two days not returned. Terrible customer service from the owner. For the amount of money spent I would have thought a better level of service and follow up would be provided. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
