I have used numerous moving companies over the years, and I found Compass Van Lines to be the worst company I have ever worked with. They came into my home, then before leaving, tried to guilt me into giving them a tip. They did not deliver my stuff when they promised. After many phone calls to people who could never tell me where my stuff was, they finally delivered it to me 2 weeks after the scheduled date. They damaged my furniture, and their claims company refused to pay for it. They also lost 2 of my boxes... which they thought a settlement of $36.00 would suffice. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR THINGS.
