We used Crown as part of our company relocation package. I wish I had the patience to write the 2000 words necessary to properly document the myriad of issues we had. Suffice it to say that their treatment of us was very unprofessional. When their packers failed to mark and load some items we needed right away, they blamed us. To make matters worse, our company said, "sorry, their word against yours, you need to pay the access fee." But you know the real exacerbating part? We fed (2 meals) and tipped the initial crew over $200 (plus another $150 at dropoff) only to have the Crown's corporate liaison, Marta (a book could be written on her) claim the crew leader blamed us. I believe this to be a total fabrication.
Bottomline...we will not, under any conceivable circumstance, use Crown again.
