Just handled our move from Ohio to Virginia. Worst move we have ever had. I was in the military for 10 years and have moved more than a dozen times.
The pickup was three days late. Delivery was four days late. Company called us to say the delivery would occur at 6 pm. The truck never showed up and the customer service office was closed. Company called the next day and said it would be here in the morning. Truck showed up 5:30 pm.
At least half of our rubber tubs are broken and/or smashed. The crew damaged a wall carrying in our couch. We know we are missing at least one dining room chair - was my grandmother's.
The truck was filled with other deliver items. The movers kept asking what things were ours. I saw a broken desk and a broken wine rack in the back of the truck - not mine, some other lucky persons. They unloaded a for me mower - not mine.
Horrible service.
