Booked this move about a month in advance with Theresa who was very nice, efficient, returned my calls and answered questions thoroughly. Sometime before my move she was fired. I called 2 days before my move to see what time they would be picking up my household goods because no one had called me with a time. They had the pick up date incorrect and delivery date incorrect. I have lots of paperwork indicating the correct dates that they didn't bother to read. After straightening that out, they pick up my belongings at a 10 X 15 storage unit. My quote was based on 1050 cu. ft. and the storage unit was not completely full. After the pick up they stated that I was 350 cu. ft. over, but because they're so nice, they'd only charge me for 250 cu. ft. First of all, you CAN'T fit that much in a 10 X 15 storage unit and my unit wasn't completely full. They overcharged me by $1062! Then said they wouldn't give me my furniture unless I paid. Kathy told me she would try to get me a refund but in order to do that, I would have to pay first to show that I was trying to abide by the rules. I filed a claim with their insurance co. as well as filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but now I'm getting the impression that they've gone out of business. Everytime I tried to call to discuss this "refund" with them, they ignored me and refused to return the calls. It's no wonder they went out of business.
