In trying to ship my son's new wheelchair van from the dealership, I received a quote for $1675. The paperwork to get it shipped took more than a month and the price kept changing, final paperwork $2050. They didn't return calls or emails and when I finally got on the phone with the owner Michael he began yelling at me to the point that I had to scream "Stop yelling at me!" Sadly, he did not. All I wanted was the contract to prove the costs matched the quote given, it should not take several weeks to get that. It should have matched. I WOULD NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY! They LIE! They are unreliable and difficult to work with!
