I started working with Lena April 15th 2013, for a May 31, 2013 pick up of my stuff. She promised me over and over that there would be no problem getting an AM pick up on 5/31/13. She called me on the Wed before to make sure my inventory had not changed. Once again, I confirmed with her that the movers would be there on the 31st because we had to have my daughter out of her home that day. She stated that on Thursday I would get a confirmation call, giving me the arrival time of the movers. Well I never got that call. I waited until that evening to call in, about 730 PM, (Lena had called me at this time on Wed. so I assumed they were open later in the evening. But no one answered my call. (They have caller ID so they know exactly who is calling in) So on the AM of the 31st I called in, was told Lena was not there, and I was speaking now to Anna, who sounded just like Lena. I explained that I had not rec'd my conf. call and needed to know what time they would arrive. I asked to speak with this Paul Juster, who was the original Representative, he was not there either, day off and Lena called in sick! This all sounded fishy to me. I had a weird feeling when I got my quote from them and I should have gone with my gut. After several calls, I was transferred to the dispatch dept. the man who answered the phone was extremely rude, and said "I cannot have a truck in your area today (31st) I said what, this has been scheduled for almost 2 months and I was promised this pick up date, had a contract with them as well. I gave them a deposit well over a month ago. I had to end up finding another moving company, and wait an additional 4 days to have my stuff picked up. I asked this dispatcher, who could barely speak English, if they were just scamers. The customer service girl, Anna (who was really Lena) called me back and said" dispatch told me to call you and let you know that we will not be able to do your move" Run away from this company! They lied to me for 2 months, and I spoke to them (Lena) several times because I needed to this move to go smooth.I had a family member with a terminal illness, and I needed to get back home asap. Very disappointed, hoping I can dispute the deposit amount that they charged to my credit card. Kris
