DO NOT EVER USE ECO VAN LINES! The BBB rating is "F" they say its because they don't pay BBB its a LIE!
They won't give me back my items. I've been calling for 5 days. Where is my stuff and why won't anyone call me back?! I've sent e-mails and left voice mails. I needed my stuff today as its the only day I have off FOR WEEKS! I need my items.
Jonathan is simply ignoring my calls now. He is a receptionist and when I call he just picks up and transfers me to customer service voice mail. I don't want customer service, I want ANY OTHER department where I might actually speak with someone. This is unreasonable! Is there no manager, or anyone I could talk to?!?!
And Sonya my "consultant for the entire move" WHERE ARE YOU?? Why have I called a million times and send you e-mails and you haven't responded??
I fell bad for the other guy who went through this. Dude, I feel your pain. Did you ever get your stuff back?! If so, how?
