Element Moving & Storage proved their professionalism. Our family had two homes to move in one day. The service received from Sheila and Hollie was outstanding. They both answered my questions and explained every detail of my move. I was worried about the cost as I am an elderly woman and their solution was Jeff, the onsite estimator who came out and gave me an estimate on my move for both homes. I was still skeptical, however I went with Element because of the service I had received. Everyone calmed my fears of this daunting task that I was looking at in this move. The day came for my move and each member moving my precious belongings were courteous, nice, and respectful of my things. I have moved 8 times in my life and each with a different moving company. Element is by far the best moving company that I have ever used. The men were uniformed and polite. The staff was knowledgable, informed me of everything including costs. This huge understaking that I feared was abolished with Element. When I move back to North Carolina, I will only trust Element to move our home. This kind of customer service and professionalism I felt has long been forgotten was found again with Element. Using Element was the best decision for our family. We will use them again!
