Due to an unusual set of circumstances, I needed a moving company that would commit to both a pick-up and delivery date for an interstate move. I contacted at least a dozen other companies that told me I would never find one that could provide this service. They were all wrong. Not only did I find such a company, but the move was handled seamlessly. I knew what the pick-up date and time was within an hour and was told when I booked the move that my delivery would occur within 3 days of pickup. When the movers arrived, they told me my delivery was the first one scheduled and would be delivered the very next day!
Not one single thing was damaged. Loading and unloading the truck was performed with the utmost of care. The movers packed my televisions and furniture and handled all the boxes that I had packed myself with the same care. 100% professional all the way!
Customer service was exemplary throughout the entire process. I would use Elite Moving and Storage again and strongly recommend them to anyone who is anticipating a move.
