Elite was the middle man for moving my furniture from Fl to Mi. When delivered some items did not make it on the truck. After trying to get information from the other company for 2 weeks and just getting a run around I called Elite. I have to say Sasha was very helpful and had my problem resolved with in a hour. She found the driver and found when the rest of my things would be delivered. Next time I will go straight to Elite, which I did not know was the ones actually do the delivery,
