Unprofessional and Damaged Furniture

I would not recommend Elite Relocation to anyone based on my experience with them. Their movers are extremely unprofessional and so is their manager. Not only did the movers damage many of my furniture because they did not wrap them in blankets as they were supposed to do but the company refuses to take responsibility for the damage. They are also unethical, an example of which is they slapped a 5% credit card charge on the entire cost of the move when I paid everything except $40 in cash. I ran short of $40 and I asked that amount to be charged to my credit card. My advice: don't hire them.
