Due to the fact that I have FINALLY receive the MAJORITY of my belonging
back from expedia moving I am ammending my review on expedia moving.
Four months following the original delivery date I received my belongings
from Expedia moving. However, this was only after they promised to show up
three times earlier and never showed up. They failed to even call and tell
me they weren't going to be able to make it. On the fourth attempt the
moving truck showed up with someone else's belongings. After contacting my
congressman and the federal department of transportation, a federal agent in
NJ began to help me and has begun an investigation into this company. On
the fifth attempt my belongings arrived. One item was broken and a couple
boxes were missing but for the most part everything arrived intact. In
addition, after negotiating with the company we came to the agreement that
there would be no charge for the delivery. Since then I have received verbal
and written apologies from the company. I have been told by Adam Carter a
dispatcher for Expedia Moving that when express moving and storage changed
their name to expedia moving the only thing that followed them was the
owner/manager Pablo Szobel. Perhaps then HE is this company's problem.
