On May 2nd I called and booked with these people. We scheduled the pick up date May 24th or 25th. I called them on the 22nd to ask which day they were comming and they said they dont know, and that they would call me "tomorrow". Well, no phone call. So I called them, again. On the 23rd they said someone would call me by the end of the day. Well, no one called. So I called them. Adam told me that there was a delay with the truck and asked if they could come on the 27th or 28th. I know that things happen, I am human too. I understand that maybe something out of their control may have delayed the truck. No problem. So I made arrangements with my storage unit, where all of my stuff is. They told me I could have until the 28th with out being charged another month rent. Adam told me that the driver would call me 24 hours before they came to arrange a pick up time. Well, here it is 1pm on the 28th, and still no phone call. I tried to call them yesterday, but it was a Sunday and no one was in the office. I tried to call them today, but it is Memorial Day, and again, no one is in the office. I am so angry! These people are morons! Please do yourself a favor and do not even try to book with them. They may be the cheap guys, but dont forget that you get what you pay for! I am so lucky I did not give them a deposit! I am very greatful that Sky Moving has a truck in the area and will be able to pick my stuff up tomorrow!
