The flat price moving and storage help me move from MA to CA. When I first contact them for the moving, they are very nice. But after I signed the contract, thing changed totally. They are hard to contact.
There are many unbelievable things happened during this moving. Just take two:
1.They overcharged me $100 just because the wrong calculation. The driver asked me to call them to correct the mistake because he can not correct it. I called them, in the first two calls, they answered but while I talked with them about the wrong balance, they hang up the phone. After that, they never pick up my phone.
2. They lost my FIVE boxes! The stuff in the boxes is very precious for me. I understand these could happen, but while I try to contact them to ask about my missing boxes, they are gone. From March 4(the drop off date) till now, I can not find them any more. I send them the emails, give them calls, leave them massage, and send them letter. No any answer from them.
If you prepare to use their service to move out of LA, you have to be very careful. They may disappear after you pay for them. This is a horrible company I've never seen before.
