After a two day delay in the delivery time the driver arrived and wouldn't let me see my items until I'd paid in full in cash. Once the van doors were opened it was obvious that several items were in total disrepair. I only moved about 24 items, including 6 boxes which were crushed, 6 dining chairs which 3 were destroyed and only good for firewood, a toy shelf which was broken and an antique wall unit/armoire which had to be nailed back together. The owner, Ray G., was rude on the phone. Unfortunately, the sales agent, James, seemed very knowledgeable and assured me that all would go very well and I could contact him anytime. Then when things started to go badly he stopped answering or returning calls. Don't expect anything but very poor service in the end.
