I had my own set of problems while working with them
1. They didn't give correct estimate even on providing proper information
2. Collection of shipping goods was done by some local movers
3. They charged extra for loading, collecting shipping goods even when they said it was all included
4. Shipping was done by some other freight carrier when they committed it will be done by their freight service
5. No fixed or tentative timeline was provided for delivering shipped goods unless I followed up with them
6. Charged extra for minting money for same weight of goods
7. My community doesn't allows large trailers (18 wheeler trucks). I asked them to help out & they asked for extra money.
Over all they are looking to mint money from the customer in every possible way. Be it by adding extra charges, removing plastic packaging, and picking shipping goods or delivering it. They talk very well till the time you confirm your order & once confirmed the additional costs begin to pile up on your estimates.
Would never recommend them.
Warning: BBB rates them “OUT OF BUSINESS”
