DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Jake Pena came out and viewed all goods to be shipped. Quoted $6447.00. On moving day first box truck not high enough for our custom wall unit. Second truck (an old beat uo United Van Lines box truck leaked and grew mold on the back of our custom made wall unit. Third box truck was a new rental Buget Rental box truck. After truck 1/2 loaded they said it would cost an additional $800 for approx. every addition 3' of longitudinal space in the truck. Motel plans made, etc. etc. They said well we can take it off the truck if you don't like the extra pricing. When done came up with a final price of $14,447.00. I argued on the phone with Jason (jake Pena would not return any of my calls). He reduced it to $12,300.00 (and said he would reduce it another $500.00 if we signed a waiver not to claim for any damages). He also said if I didn't write a bad review he would expedite any damage claims, otherwise it would take over 10 months. These people will tell you anything you want to hear to get your order. I believe they are just brokers subcontracting out the work. (The trucker who delivered our goods (some lost and damaged) was an independent who subcontracts from them and others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
