I have to say that it was not an easy task for your employees. The planning of our move was, to say the least, a disaster but the entire crew you sent to us was top notch.
It is necessary to mention, however that I had the pleasure of working closely with Fernando, Roy and Jeff. Through all of the setbacks and confusion, all three men were friendly, courteous, polite and accommodating. For them to work as hard as they did, physically and mentally, and still have smiles on their faces, kind spoken words and laughs to share, was a blessing.
Your staff went above and beyond their call. Their display of hard work and patience is commendable.
