I am missing a lot of expensive items. They did not even process my claim and from what I understand, I'll be paid by WEIGHT of these expensive items which means I'll get squat. The communication with these people is non-existant. The delivery guys demanded CASH before they would unload my stuff. They showed up at midnight on a Sunday night. Most of the stuff was ok, but the delivery was 4 weeks LATE. Do NOT believe anything these people tell you.
My estimate was $1250, but actual cost was $5,000.
Next time, I will rent a U-haul and do it myself. It might be more work (and certainly cheaper) but at least I will know where my things are and what is actually being delivered and at what time.
Do NOT use this company!
In my opinion, the glowing reviews about this place are BS.
